Department of Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment, Middle Technical University organized a workshop on program accreditation and international ranking standards. The workshop, in which a number of specialists participated, aimed at defining the criteria of the programmatic and institutional accreditation and types of the international raking such as QS adopted by the international universities in evaluating their performance as well as method of self-evaluation of the educational system. The workshop reviewed the ranking types such as QS and QS star of the British Foundation and the different types of raking mechanisms in comparing with the other international standards.
