During a meeting with Iraqi Ambassador to Netherlands, Dr. Hisham Al-Alawi and the Iraqi Community in Netherlands, Hague, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Essa reviewed providing the appropriate environment for investing Iraqi expatriate talents and enhancing communication with them via coordinating with the universities and educational institutions in Iraq.
Dr. Al-Essa also reviewed the importance of exploiting the academic energies and expertise in different specialties a nd providing ingredients of the appropriate academic environment to invest human mind in order to intensify the academic trends and enhance the cooperation with the recognized experiences.
