Technical Engineering College-Basrah, Southern Technical University organized a workshop on the adoption of PLC programmable controllers in designing of educational platforms, Dr. Jawad Radhi Mahmoud said. Dr. Mahmoud added that the workshop reviewed how to build a laboratory platform via using PLC programmable controllers in creating laboratory experiments for logical, digital, control and electrical outputs laboratories. Dr. Mahmoud continued by saying that the workshop aimed at developing students' capabilities in laboratory experiments for the Departments of Electrical Power Engineering and Control and Automation Engineering.
