The University of Tikrit organized a symposium on the social responsibility and building the intellectual capital.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included four axes on the relations and the building of intellectual capital, how to maintain intellectual capital, the concept of intellectual capital and on discussing the social responsibility.
The symposium aimed at promoting economic, legal, ethical and humanitarian concepts and dimensions in the possessing the intellectual capital and reducing the migration of competencies and scientific experiences and developing plans to address the issue of migration.
