College of Administration and Economics, University of Wasit held its 1st Conference on human development field, President of the Univeristy, Dr. Abdul Razaq Ahmed Al-Naseri.
Dr. Al-Naseri added that the symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, aimed at defining the importance of human development which creates the character that is able to face challenges and changes of life in a positive manner and providing help for the others in a dynamic and logical way that participates in changing the others' attitude in a positive and more dynamic way.
