In cooperation with researchers in the field of bioinformatics, Technical Institute- Kufa, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University delivered an online joint lecture entitled (Molecular Protein Structure Modeling) via Zoom Platform, the Faculty Member in the University of Missouri in the United States of America, Dr. Adil Abdul Wahab Ghaidan said. Dr. Abdul Wahab added that the online lecture reviewed the chemical composition of the protein via using of Cryo-Em technology to find spots in the molecular structure of the protein that enables antibiotics or drugs to bind to it. Dr. Abdul Wahab added that the online lecture demonstrated the digital image processing algorithms and selecting a standard model, as well as reviewing the results.
