College of Administration and Economics, University of Al-Qadisiyah held a symposium on water resources policies in Iraq and its impact on the agricultural sector.
The symposium, in which a number of specialists participated, reviewed the most important challenges facing water resources in Iraq, water policies of neighboring countries and impacts of those policies on the agricultural sector.
The symposium also reviewed methods of investing ground water for agriculture, drinking, industry and irrigation of domestic gardens as well as reviewing method of dealing with rainwater.
