College of Science, University of Al-Mustansiriyah discussed a master dissertation on brackets and covers of different degrees in the finite projective space PG (3,13) by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Saja Makki Atok.
The dissertation aimed at constructing arcs and covering in the projective spaces of the third dimension on the field of the thirteenth order.
The dissertation highlighted way the groups act on the projective space to build some engineering concepts such as the cover and the bow.
The dissertation concluded that it is necessary to create new arches and classify them as complete and incomplete, to expand the incomplete arches and to build new covers to expand the incomplete ones and turn them into complete covers.
