Ph.D. thesis was discussed in the College of Science, University of Basrah reviewed the temporary visual blocks in conical semiconductor quantum point systems, the Researcher, Mrs. Noor Al-Huda Salih Yaqoob said. Mrs. Yaqoob added that the thesis aimed at improving the coefficient of slowing down the speed of light by changing the shape of the quantum point, increasing the number of quantum points, studying the extent of the effect of resizing on the value of the coefficient of slowing and its uses as temporary visual blocks. It is worth mentioning that the value of the deceleration coefficient decreases with the increase in the volume of the quantum point with the increase in the number of points.
