College of Engineering, University of Diyala organized a training course on maintaining and operating of solar desalination plants.
The course, in which a number of specialists participated, reviewed types of desalination plants and modern technologies used in water desalination, production capacity and water salinity.
The course also reviewed the stages of initial treatment, the importance of the different techniques and stages of the main treatment as well as addressing problems of the stations and maintenance methods via using modern methods.
