During a visit and a meeting with Chargé D'Affairs, , Mr. Nasir Mamdouf and his accompanying delegation at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Baghdad, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed exchanging projects between the Universities of the two countries and the providing of a mutual academic research environment. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib reviewed expressed the Iraqi Universities’ readiness on providing mutual scholarships, developing relations, enhancing cooperation in the field of scientific programs of postgraduate studies and enabling students to study sciences and specialties that serve the two countries.
