A higher diploma’s research was discussed in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul on the role of electronic publishing in realizing the stock exchange by the postgraduate student, Mr. Mustafa Abdul Karim Mustafa. The research reviewed the effect of the application of electronic publishing in the Iraq Stock Exchange on the performance of the market and analyzed it by means of the rates of the number of shares, the volume of trading and the number of transactions for the period between (2009-2011) compared with the results of analyzing the rates of the number of shares and the volume trading and number of transactions for the period 2006-2008. The research highlighted a remarkable increase in the number of shares traded and an increase in the volume of trading in securities of the searched companies after the application of the electronic system.
