During a meeting with the President of American University in Sulaymaniyah, Dr. Bruce Walker Ferguson, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa reviewed developing academic cooperation between the academic institutions in Iraq in light of the developments in the international advanced universities and enhancing quality requirements in higher education to contribute in building the society of knowledge.
