During a meeting with the delegation of the Huawei Chinese Company, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa reviewed developing academic cooperation with to provide a training environment for the Iraqi students.
Dr. Al-Esa said that the Ministry is keen on executing the projects of scientific developments and providing the appropriate frameworks to benefit from the national academic experience in the labor market of the communication via investing the new energies in these fields.
His Excellency added that the Ministry is keen on developing the policy of openness to cooperate with the international companies to benefit from their experiences and services.
