His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Essa said that “On the occasion of the International Women's Day, we extend our warmest congratulations to the Iraqi woman who has always stood up to all the challenges and became an example of patience, determination and victory”.
Dr. Al-Essa added that “We congratulate every Iraqi mother, wife and sister of a martyr or a wounded hero, we applaud the sacrifices of Iraqi women to perpetuate the progress of Iraq and we hope for the women of Iraq to achieve their aspirations and ambitions.
