During a meeting with the representative of the Program of the European Union, Dr. Nicolas Margiti , His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail reviewed the fields of academic  cooperation between the two sides. Dr. Al-Suhail said that the Ministry is working on enhancing bridges of the academic cooperation with the universities of the developed countries and benefiting from academic experiences and expertise to improve the scientific reality of Iraqi universities, His Excellency expressed the readiness of the Ministry to hold courses in all fields to contribute in the scientific and administrative development of the educational sector in Iraq. Dr. Al-Suhail added that the two sides highlighted the mechanism of activating the joint scientific and research cooperation with the European universities within the scientific disciplines of the country and in the light of the Ministry's vision to open on the world's advanced universities.
