During a meeting with the Armenian Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Hratchia Buladian, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail said that Iraq is working on enhancing relations with Armenia in various sectors such as higher education and scientific research. His Excellency added that the Ministry is keen on inking memorandums of understanding between the universities of the two sides to exchange experiences and provide scholarships for Iraqi students in some specialties to meet the needs of Iraq. For his part, Mr. Buladian expressed his country's readiness to develop cooperation and provide scholarships to study in Armenian universities.
