God Almighty has spoken the truth
His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi said that “We congratulate and congratulate our Islamic nation and our Iraqi people on the advent of the holy month of God and the days of the Holy Qur’an in which people’s hearts, prayers, fasting and standing revolve around the mercy of Allah, His obedience, forgiveness and pleasure”.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “On this occasion, we ask God Almighty to grant us the grace of His holy month and enable us to serve our people and inspire us with the causes of success and guidance and to return these blessed days with goodness and peace, He is the All-Hearing, All-Answering”.
