His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We extend our congratulations to our Iraqi people, our Islamic nation, our institutions, their academic and professional staff and their students on the occasion of Eid A-Fitr, which brings joy to those who fast and pray, and heralds the acceptance of their deeds and the fulfillment of their prayers”.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added
that “We ask God Almighty to bestow success and happiness upon our country,
Iraq, and its people and to bestow mercy and forgiveness upon us during these
blessed days and to return them to everyone with blessings and prosperity, He
is the All-Hearing, All-Answering”.
