His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi held a meeting with the Central Academic Committee to invest in the energies of scholarship students.

Dr. Al-Aboudi renewed the Ministry's interest in empowering scholarship students and employing their energies in managing sites that stimulate the scientific and administrative work environment in universities and give impetus to institutional integration with the staff of different specializations and functions in university formations.

His Excellency reviewed the proposed visions of the members of the Central Academic Committee to invest the energies of scholarship students, directing holding of a general conference for scholarship students at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Dr. Al-Aboudi stressed that the Ministry is proceeding to enhance the contexts of global understanding regarding cultural exchange and provide qualitative educational opportunities that serve the interests of the Iraqi State, its institutions and its development goals.
