His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi honored a group of faculty members who published distinguished scientific research in the prestigious journals affiliated with (Nature and Science Journals) and (TOP Journals in Shanghai Ranking).

Dr. Al-Aboudi confirmed the Ministry continues to support researchers and innovators and that it will provide all possible support to support its scientific staff and enhance the space of its universities in international forums and enable them to raise the name of Iraq and its institutions in web of sciences and rankings.

For their part, researchers from the universities of Basrah, Mosul, Al-Qasim Green, Technology, Northern Technology, Information Technology and Communications, and Shatt Al-Arab College appreciated the level of interest and care by His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi for researchers and global publishing and providing a scientific environment that encourages creativity and contributes to the development and service of society. 

It is worth to be mentioned that the ceremony in which attended by Director General of the Research and Development, reviewed that His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi directed to honor the winning faculty members with a financial reward of three million dinars in appreciation of their publication in the prestigious journals affiliated with (Nature and Science Journals) and (TOP Journals in Shanghai Ranking).
