Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on that the Iraqi-Iranian Science Week held in the holy Karbala continues its scientific and research activities and sessions between the universities of the two countries.

Higher Education reviewed that the scientific and research sessions of the second day of the Science Week included presentations on the scientific research path of Iraqi and Iranian universities and mechanisms for developing scientific and research cooperation in the field of environmental sciences.

Higher Education highlighted that the sessions included finding new opportunities for university cooperation in the field of science and technology parks and building scientific partnerships that include the exchange of instructors and researchers and providing scholarship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students.

Higher Education also reviewed that the sessions of the Science Week, in which more than a hundred universities from the two countries are participating, addressed working to implement joint research projects in the fields of renewable energy and information technology.
