Higher Education: On Foreign Students Can Apply For Admission, Dr. Al-Esa: On Private Colleges Liable to Postgraduate Studies

During heading a meeting of the private higher Education, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa said that the staffs of the private colleges are liable to have postgraduate studies outside Iraq and His Excellency reviewed the importance of attracting postgraduates.
Dr. Al-Esa praised the keenness of the private colleges to develop their infrastructure and graduates.
His Excellency added that the members of the private education council voted on permitting the forging and Arab students to submit in the private colleges for the next academic year.
Dr. Al-Esa said that the Ministry is keen on attracting postgraduates, top students and foreign faculty members to achieve academic performance standards.
His Excellency praised the national solidarity of the Private College of Al-Nor in Al-Hamdaniyah area on providing its buildings and dormitories as an alternative location for the for the Iraqi displaced students.
