Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research obtained top ranking in Scimago Institutions Ranking (SIR) as well as the SIR reviewed the progress of 21 Iraqi universities within Scopus databases. It is worth mentioning that the Iraqi 21 universities achieved progress in comparison with the academic years 2018 and 2019.
