During a visit to the Italian University of Catania, a delegation from Al-Musaib Technical College, Al-Forat Al-Awsat Technical University reviewed the mechanism of promoting joint academic cooperation. The delegation also reviewed activating Visiting Professor Program, exchanging postgraduates during researching and conducting joint researches between the two sides funded by the FAO and FAO with joint supervision and then to be applied practically and published in the international journals. It is worth mentioning that the University of Catania was established in 1434 as the oldest university in Sicily, the 13th oldest university in Italy and the twenty-ninth oldest university in the world as well as the University consisted on 17 colleges with 60,000 students.
