College of Engineering, University of Karbala organized a workshop on assessing educational environment and self-assessment via SWOT method.
The workshop, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed strategic planning, methods of developing educational, academic and administrative process, meeting the needs of the community and the labor market and working mechanisms of developing the civil engineering department.
The workshop also reviewed the internal and external environment of the college to identify the available opportunities to be invested and setting appropriated strategy to achieve its vision and enhance its commitment towards the academic duty.
