To faculty members in the College of Law, University of Misan, Dr. Amer Zugair Muhaisen and Dr. Worood Laftah Moteer published a joint book on the role of the Supreme Administrative Court in unifying legal principles (a comparative study). The joint book reviewed how the administrative judge unifies legal principles in the decisions and rulings of the administrative judiciary, despite the absence of legal provisions regulating it in all fields related to the provisions and means of unifying legal principles. The joint book highlighted the rules of justice and equality among litigants in applying legal principles to them, this system guarantees legal security and stability in the judicial system that derives from the stability of the Supreme Administrative Court on a specific legal principle and its application to all similar facts presented before the court.
