Technology Institute–Baghdad, Middle Technical University organized an online course on professional e-learning and flexible blended learning. The online course reviewed the optimal application of e-learning in the educational process to raise the scientific competence in e-learning and train university’s staff in the field of e-learning. The online course demonstrated e-mail technologies, discussion tools, simultaneous communication, evaluation methods and blended learning patterns.
