Institute of Management – Rusafa, Middle Technical University organized a scientific course on negotiation skills and etiquette in business organizations. The course reviewed the concept of negotiation and its management skills, as well as identifying the importance of etiquette and how to use it in organizations. The course highlighted negotiation methods, the concept of conflict resulting from negotiation, what are the ways to deal with it and listening and communication etiquette.
