Engineering Technical College- Basrah, Southern Technical University held a workshop on the experience of emerging countries in developing industrial projects. The workshop reviewed the foundations of creativity as the greatest resource of emerging countries. The workshop demonstrated the mechanism of working a feasibility study for each project with technical advice. The workshop highlighted on the experience of emerging countries in developing industrial projects for the public and private sectors, economic development and ways to ensure the success of projects.
