In cooperation with the Department of Health of Wasit, College of Dentistry, University of Wasit organized a symposium on viral hepatitis. The symposium, in which a number of faculty members and students participated, reviewed the disease of Hepatitis, types, symptoms and detection methods, as well as identifying the range of vaccinations necessary to prevent this disease and use of vaccination against Hepatitis B-dominated. The symposium highlighted the importance of the vaccine, especially for medical staff who in direct contact with patients such as dentists because the disease is transmitting through the blood and through food to the pregnant.
