College of Information Engineering, University of Al-Nahrain discussed a master dissertation on restoration of medical digital images using the developed Richardson-Lucy iterative algorithm by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Qunout Awwad Yaqoub.
The dissertation reviewed a study of quick methods in the process of restoring medical digital images as one of the important and modern topics that are divided into two main types via using the Richardson-Lucy Algorithm iterative restoration filter.
The dissertation aimed at developing ways to develop the process of restoring medical images via using an algorithm that strengthens the edges of images and speeds up the restoration process during imaging.
