Acting His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Helo Al-Askari said that “We extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to the noble Iraqi people and to all Muslims worldwide on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan”.
Dr. Al-Askari added that “On this occasion, which is filled with love, brotherhood, and devotion to God Almighty, and in which believers recite the Holy Quran, we ask God, the Most High, to bestow upon our people and our nation the means of success and prosperity, to accept our deeds and acts of worship, and to return these blessed days to Iraq and its people with goodness and peace”.
