His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Haider Bahaa Al-Hasani inaugurated a new building for the College of Education at the Iraqi University, located in the Al-Tarmiyah district.

Prof. Dr. Haider Al-Hasani emphasized the ongoing commitment to modernize university infrastructure, develop service and educational facilities, and upgrade them to meet the requirements of higher education. 

His Excellency reviewed that the initiative aims at providing a comprehensive academic environment that addresses the needs of both students and faculty, while keeping pace with advancements in the educational process.

Prof. Dr. Haider Al-Hasani said that universities serve as hubs for science, culture, and productivity deeply connected to their surrounding society, as well as they play a pivotal role in development by preparing qualified professionals and a trained workforce equipped with the necessary skills to meet the demands of the labor market and support productive sectors.

Accompanied by the President of the Iraqi University, Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Al-Jubouri, His Excellency toured the new College of Education building, which includes classrooms, as well as administrative and service facilities.
