His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We congratulate the Iraqi police and their heroes on their 102nd National Day”.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “We express our warmth for the sacrifices and duties undertaken by members of this ancient institution in maintaining internal security, caring for society and implementing the laws responsible for the lives of citizens”.
