His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani assumed the duties of managing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, pursuant to a decree authorizing him to undertake this task besides his current responsibilities. 

Dr. Al-Badrani expressed his keen interest in the unique nature of educational institutions and their importance in providing services and achieving their goals, which directly impact society in scientific and academic fields.  

His Excellency emphasized the continuation of work and communication with a sense of responsibility and a commitment to fulfill the requirements of public interest.  

For their part, senior officials at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research welcomed Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani to his role of managing the Ministry's affairs, as well as stressing the importance of integrated performance of tasks and responsibilities within the Higher Education and Scientific Research environment and its universities.
