His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi honored the Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Muhammad, on the occasion of registering an unprecedented competitive position in the Shanghai Ranking of subjects.

Dr. Al-Aboudi urged the importance of continuing to enhance the results of Iraqi educational institutions in international rankings, especially at the level of specialized programs that pave the way to international accreditation and embody quality requirements in the medical education environment.

His Excellency highlighted that Iraq and its universities, which achieved the thirty-seventh rank in the world  deserve to achieve more spaces of academic excellence.

Dr. Al-Aboudi praised the efforts of the College of Dentistry, the University of Baghdad and its staff, which obtained (201-300) in the Global Ranking of Academic Subjects for 2023 in the specialty (Dentistry & Oral Sciences).
