Higher Education announced on 1200 scholarships for the academic year 2018/2019, Director General of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi said.
Dr. Al-Fatlawi added that the scholarships were granted by the Province of Jiangsu, Republic of Chinese to Iraq.
Dr. Al-Fatlawi reviewed that the scholarships included a Master's degree is for non-employees and a Ph.D. for employees and non-employees he continued by saying that the scholarships comes within the channel of the special scholarships, the Ministry does not bear any financial consequences and the submission will be according to the standards of the special scholarships of the Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relations.
Dr. Al-Fatlawi also reviewed that the submission will be via (scrdgate.scrdiraq.gov.iq) and not after 31-5-2018.
