During the foundation stone laying ceremony for the project to establish consulting clinics for the College of Dentistry, the Forty Houses project, and Al-Sayyid Al-Shaheed Hassan Nasrallah Hall project at the University of Kufa, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi laid the foundation stone for a number of construction projects stressed that the new projects aim at supporting the educational process, enhancing the infrastructure of universities and providing a suitable scientific and research study environment for students and faculty members.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added that work is continuing to implement many new construction projects in Iraqi universities, modernize existing ones and develop facilities for housing students and faculty members to make universities centers of attraction for students, especially international students and enhance their reputation at the international level.
