His Excellency,  Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Haider Bahaa Al-Hasani oversaw the signing of academic cooperation memoranda with Saint Leo University, Keystone College, and the Technology Innovation Institute and the inking took place on the sidelines of the Iraq Education Conference, as part of efforts to expand scientific partnerships and enhance prospects for collaboration with international academic and research institutions.

The memoranda were signed on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by the Director General of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Prof. Dr. Hazim Baqir, signatories on behalf of the respective international institutions included the President of Saint Leo University, a representative from Keystone College, and the Director of the Technology Innovation Institute.

These memoranda aim to establish frameworks for joint academic and scientific cooperation, activate partnerships in the field of scientific research, and facilitate the organization of conferences, sympodiums, and scientific or training workshops.

The both sides seek to foster the exchange of expertise and knowledge, while strengthening communication among academic and research staff at the participating institutions.
