During a celebration ceremony of completing the 4th Training Course of the level one and two for learning English Language, Center of Teaching English Language in the Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reviewed that the center is developing English language skills to serve the nature of their work and edit formal written and oral communications, as well as set up specialized courses for composing emails and official addresses. It is worth mentioning that the center celebrated the graduation of the first course in August 2019 as well as it will start special courses for the university advanced staffs and specialized courses for Iraqi universities’ faculty members in an intensive program that will be continued until June 2020.
