Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on launching of its award for artificial intelligence in scientific research in the fields of medical sciences, security, defense, desertification, food and environment.

Higher Education reviewed that the competition, which aims at encouraging and honoring innovation and excellence in the field of artificial intelligence and its applications in scientific research, includes prizes distributed between ten million Iraqi dinars for the first score, seven million Iraqi dinars for the second winner and five million Iraqi dinars for the third winner.

Higher Education highlighted that the award includes faculty members and students of university and postgraduate studies in Iraqi public and private universities and all researchers in all State institutions, as well as applications and sending of published or accepted research for publication continue through the award’s electronic platform (https://ai-prize.com) until January 15, 2024.
