College of Administration and Economics, University of Al-Qadisiyah discussed a Ph.D. thesis the practices of total quality management and reverse directive and their impact on adaptive performance by the postgraduate student, Mr. Saddam Kadhim. The thesis aimed at building a hypothetical model on the basis of which a set of correlation and influence hypotheses were determined, so that the validity of these hypotheses was tested or not in light of the opinions of a sample of assistants and heads of departments in universities.
