His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa directed preparing plans to rehabilitate universities’ buildings in Province of Mosul, " Director of Relations and Media and Spokesman, Dr. Haider M. J. Al-Aboudi said.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that His Excellency directed providing needs to the universities and Dr. Al-Esa called on Iraqi institutions to concert efforts in rehabilitating the universities of Nineveh.
