His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We congratulate our Arab and Islamic nation and peoples, institutions, academic, scientific and cultural bodies on the occasion of World Arabic Language Day, which annually falls on December the 18th, based on the decision of the United Nations General Assembly”.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “We, as the Ministry of Higher
Education and Scientific Research and our universities are happy to express the
importance and interest in this day, on which we recall the bright history of
this blessed language, which was in love with the Holy Quran in existence and
inspiration and embroidered a book that pulsates with creativity, literature
and knowledge”.
