During a visit to Gilgamesh University and inaugurating of a number of specialized halls and laboratories, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi stressed the diligent work to develop university performance, improve the quality of academic programs, and enhance their connection to the community.

Dr. Al-Aboudi renewed the necessity and importance of keeping pace with the necessary modernization of development requirements and embodying scientific programs and quality requirements and standards in a manner that is consistent with the needs of society for educational services.

His Excellency reviewed the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its institutions’ keenness on improving the university education climate and providing an appropriate educational environment.

Dr. Al-Aboudi toured the university corridors that enhancing the reputation of educational institutions locally and internationally is among the priorities indicated in its mission and objectives, which require effective partnerships, programs, and qualitative research that consider knowledge variables related to labor market trends.
