Directorate of Space and Communications, merged Ministry of Science and Technology inked a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Anbar in the fields of science and engineering. The memorandum reviewed activating mechanism of joint cooperating in the scientific and engineering fields and increasing visits of the faculty members to exchange expertise and scientific consultancy. The memorandum highlighted activating joint research programs and benefiting from the scientific competencies of the Ministry, harnessing the available capabilities of all laboratories and workshops to serve Anbar University’s researchers, holding symposiums, scientific conferences in the Ministry for university students as well as regulating intellectual property rights in the university in the field of joint scientific cooperation according to the regulations and instructions in force
