In cooperation with the Department of Communications and Information Technology, Directorate of Space, merged Ministry of Science and Technology organized a symposium on the discovery of the Pulsed Wind Nebula (PWN). The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, highlighted that the discovery of the starry wind nebula located in the small Magellan Galaxy near the Milky Way Galaxy, where the Magellan galaxy is a dwarf galaxy about (200000) light years and a diameter of about 7000 light years. It is worth mentioning that the discovery is the first of its kind and has a radio spectral index of 1.8 - via using optical observation data, the Australian radio telescope and the polarization map at 5500 MHz.
