College of Agriculture, University of Misan organized a workshop on the sources of enzymes, methods of production, extraction and purification. The workshop high enzymes, naming, classifying and extracting them from plant and animal sources, as well as identifying the methods of producing microbial enzymes due to their importance at the industrial and commercial levels, It dealt with the production method (Liquid State Fermentation and Solid State Fermentation), as well as the enzymes that are produced outside and inside the cell wall. The workshop concluded that the AKTA Pure-25 technology, which is one of the latest technologies used in the purification of enzymes, proteins, hormones and other antibiotics.
