College of Education, University of Misan discussed a master dissertation on the geographical analysis of the patterns of agricultural land investment in Al-Maimuna district by the postgraduate student, Mr. Haider Muhammad Karim. The dissertation reviewed the natural and human factors affecting the geographical distribution of agricultural patterns in the study area. The dissertation highlighted that the agricultural patterns were the result of an interaction between natural factors and human factors, represented by the geological formation, surface, soil, climate, water resources and natural vegetation.
